Absolutely not! We know you’ll be happy with the staff and services and do not feel like a contract is necessary.
How long until I can see my books up-to-date and accurate from the initial set up?
Depending on the customized set-up, typically within 14 days your books should be up and running! If there are delays, we assure you it won’t be on Keeping Its end.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Keeping It takes every step to ensure your information is protected. We keep our books in this system too! We are on a dedicated internet source and store everything in the cloud that maintains the highest security available.
Is Keeping It insured and bonded?
Yes, while insurance protects you, our clients, it protects us as well. Each of our team members are bonded and are required to endure extensive training and sign confidentiality agreements upon employment. Background checks and vetting systems are in place to ensure our employees are the best of the best!
Am I able to contact Keeping It at any time if I have questions or requests?
Absolutely! We are available during regular business hours but may require a 24-hour window to provide the information requested.
Are there start-up fees?
Assuming you are transferring your books, there are no initial start-up fees. However, if we need to build your vendor, client or employee database, additional fees may be required at start up. As each of our small business needs are unique, so is the customized pricing.
Will I have access to my company’s books anytime?
Yes! They’re your books! We use QuickBooks Online software which allows our clients full access anytime – from anywhere!
What are the benefits to having an outsourced bookkeeping team?
